The Hawthorn TC Strategic Plan 2025-27 was developed by the Committee, with input from our members to ensure that this Plan is aligned on what is of value to them.

The Mission statement serves to define what our key Club values and priorities are.

Under each of our Five Strategic Objectives, the Hawthorn TC Committee is stewarding a number of associated actions.

Our Hawthorn TC 2025-27 Strategic Plan built upon our previous 2022-24 Strategic Plan, as well as being consciously aligned with the Tennis Victoria Strategic Plan to 2027, to ensure that we are adopting an approach that is in line with the broader tennis community here in Victoria.
