Our club might not ask for consent to disclose information to police, regulatory authorities or relevant statutory child-protection agencies in the event we have concerns about the safety or wellbeing of a child
All children, whatever culture/language or religion, shall be able to participate in tennis in a fun and safe environment.
All of our Club volunteer Committee members and the Club coaching team have Working With Children Checks (WWCC).
Our club has appointed a Member Protection Information Officer who is trained on their obligations and responsibilities with respect to child-safety.

Member Protection Information Officer
Our Club has a Members Protection information Officer (MPIO) who is dedicated to ensuring the safety of children. The MPIO can be contacted with any enquiries, concerns or complaints of harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behaviour that members or visitors to the Club might have. The MPIO will provide information and support to persons with concerns/complaints and advice on club policies and procedures to solve issues within the Hawthorn TC.
